It continues to rain, sometimes very hard, driving rain. That didn't stop Lance and Rachel. As Lance pointed out, it's wet either above or below, so it's better to be diving!
They managed to find a relatively non-rainy slot between noon and 4 p.m. and were able to get in two dives. Rachel said the boat was rocking so much that it was "nauseating".
On their second dive, they were right out in front of our house, off Gibson's Bight, and visible from our deck. They swam with a number of large sea turtles and a couple of Moray eels. Look closely at this last picture and maybe you can make out the turtle. (Click on the picture to enlarge it.)Lance is happy, Rachel's recovering from the sea sickness, and it's raining again.
